1. Do we
have a license to run the childcare?
Yes. We
are registered with Parramatta family daycare.
2. Is the
Carer, a qualified childcare worker?
Yes. Carer
is an Australian qualified childcare worker.
3.Is she
an experienced carer ?
Yes. She
has 7 years of experience in children services in schools and
corporate childcares in Australia.
4. How can
I make meet the carer to discuss about the child’s progress ?
Anytime
with prior appointment with the carer.
Parents
will also be notified about the child’s progress via email
5. When do
I pay the Carer?
Fees must
be paid every Monday for that particular week. Receipt will be
issued upon payment.
6. How
much do I have to pay until I get the confirmation letter about the
percentage of childcare benefits from Centerlink?
You must
pay fees in full for the week until Centerlink family assistace
advise the Family daycare about the childcare benefits. Once
Centerlink family
assistance advice us in writing we will reimburse the excess amount.
7. What
should I do, when my child is absent due to illness.?
Parents
should call the carer about the absence in the morning before 9 AM
or leave a message on the answering machine.
8. What
about payments during the public holidays , absent days or
early taking?
You must
pay in full for the public holidays or when the child is absent.
Standard
fees apply for the days the child is absent due to sickness or early
taking.
9. Is
there any charge difference in taking the child early than the
agreed time.?
No. The
calculation is based on the agreed time.
11. What
about the late pick up?
Late pick
up charge of $6.10 is applicable per half an hour.
12. How
much notice do I need to give before ending the service?
2 weeks.
Otherwise the due amount will be deducted from the bond money.
13. Can I
arrange some one to pick my child?
Nominated
person in writing can pick-up the child from the carer’s house.
